You Are Seen by God!

Are you ready for your Kingdom husband?

There are moments in life when we feel unseen, overlooked, or even forgotten — hidden in plain sight. I’ve walked through those seasons too.

I remember when I was single, deeply desiring a meaningful relationship. I wasn’t chasing a fantasy; I simply wanted to be known and accepted for who I truly was on the inside. But as I matured in my walk with God, something in me began to shift.

The Word says,

“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”1 Corinthians 13:11 (KJV)

This verse carries deep wisdom. God calls us to put away childish mindsets — not to punish us, but to prepare us. There comes a point where you can’t keep wanting things from the place of your old self. Growth requires surrender.

When I laid down my desires and began dying to my flesh, the Word in Galatians 2:20 became more than scripture to me — it became life:

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me.”

As I allowed Him to live through me, something beautiful happened — His desires became my desires.

I didn’t even realize the transformation at first, but I noticed I stopped asking for what my flesh wanted and started longing for what pleased His heart.

The things I once thought mattered began to fade, and the things that mattered to God began to burn in me. My prayers changed, my focus shifted, and even my standards transformed.

The Bible says,

“Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.”Psalm 37:4

When you truly delight in Him, He aligns your heart with His. Your desires begin to reflect His divine will — and when that happens, He can trust you with what you’ve been waiting for.

I stopped measuring love by outward appearances and started seeing through the lens of the Spirit.

“Man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”1 Samuel 16:7

When that truth took root in my spirit, I realized that being hidden wasn’t rejection — it was protection. God wasn’t overlooking me; He was preparing me.

And once my heart mirrored His, He could finally release what He had prepared for me all along.

Because my desires now matched His.

Sis, if you feel unseen today, remember — God’s eyes have never left you.

He saw you when you prayed quietly.

He saw you when you wept in secret.

He saw you when you chose obedience over attention.

And when your desires become one with His, you will see the beauty of His timing unfold.

You are not forgotten — you are being formed.

Reflect and Respond

1. Iwhat areas of your life have you felt unseen or hidden lately?

  1. Could it be that God is using this hidden season to align your desires with His?

  2. How can you shift your focus from feeling overlooked to trusting God’s preparation?

Prayer

Father, thank You that You see me even when I feel invisible. Thank You for the seasons of hiddenness that shape my heart to reflect Yours. Align my desires with Your will, and teach me to delight in Your timing. I surrender my plans and ask You to purify every desire in me until it matches Yours. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Declare this over your life!

I am not forgotten. I am seen, chosen, and loved by God. My desires are being aligned with His will. My hidden season is holy a preparation for a divine manifestation. In His perfect time, what He has spoken concerning me will come to pass.

There comes a time in every believer’s life when God stirs something deep within—a holy discomfort. It’s His way of saying, “You can’t stay here.” It doesn’t mean where you are is wrong, but it means He’s calling you higher. Higher in faith. Higher in obedience. Higher in purpose.
